Mooli ka paratha


grated mooli,coriander,chilly flakes,haldi,salt,jeera and ajwain

  • Ingredients Required,
  • 3 Moolis peeled and grated
  • half a bowl of coriander finely chopped
  • half inch of ginger grated
  • 1tsp of jeera
  • 1tsp of ajwain
  • 1tsp of haldi
  • 1tsp of chilly flakes
  • 3-4 tbs of oil
  • 2 bowl full of wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to knead the dough



Procedure,
 In a vessel put in the grated mooli,coriander leaves, grated ginger,salt,jeera, ajwain,


haldi, oil and wheat flour and knead without adding water after its throughly mixed add water and knead to make a soft dough. Now roll out the dough and make round parathas. Now put on a heated girdle and roast till properly done. Add oil as required while roasting the parathas. Serve hot with Butter and Curd.
