Savoury oats dosa

The credit for this recipe entirely goes to my friend deepti.. Thanks a ton dee for introducing me to this lovely dosa. Easy to make and very healthy option for breakfast or evening snacks. Minimum time and effort taken to make this lovely pancakes ( dosa). Use imagination and be as creative as possible.

Preparation time : 20 mins
Cooking time: 15-20 mins
Serves : 4 people

Ingredients Required :

2 cups plain oats ( i used quaker)
half cup of curry flavoured oats ( optional) any other spicy flavour can also be used
1 medium sized capsicum finely chopped
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
1 inch ginger
1/4 cup of coriander chopped
few leaves of mint
1-2 green chillies
1-2 tspn of garam masala
1-2 tspn of coriander powder
1 tspn of tumeric powder
1 tspn of chilly powder or more as per taste
sugar a pinch
salt as per taste
few tspn of oil
water to make batter
