Lasooni palak

Preparation time : 10-15 mins
Cooking time 15-20 mins
Serves : 4-5 ppl

Ingredients Required :-

  • 2 bunch of palak leaves
  • 15-20 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 cup of curd which is whisked
  • 1tspn of grated ginger
  • 2 tspn of refined oil
  • 1 tspn of cumin seeds ( jeera)
  • 1 tspn of turmeric
  • 2 -3 green chillies finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Procedure to make :-

  • Firstly refresh the palak leaves. Thats by first boiling putting palak leaves in boiling water for 10 mins and then draining away the hot water and putting the palak leaves in iced water for 10 mins and draining water and make a puree.
  • Heat refined oil in a pan and temper it with jeera and turmeric powder.
  • When the jeera starts spluttering add garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauted.
  • Lower the heat and add curd and bring to a boil.
  • Now add palak puree and let it boil for a while before adding salt.
