Oats paneer tikki



  • 1 packet of curry and pepper saffola oats
  • 2 medium sized boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 3/4 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup of green peas boiled
  • few sprigs of mint
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 tspn grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup of coriander leaves
  • 1 tspn chat masala
  • 1 tspn red chilly powder ( optional)
  • 1 tspn of ajwain seeds
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow frying tikkis
