Ingredients required :
- Peels of a ripe mango preferably tothapuri mango
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- a small piece of jaggery or 2-3 tspn of sugar
- 1-2 green chillies or as per taste
- salt as per taste
- 2 tspn refined oil
- 1 tspn of panch poran masala ( equal quantities of fennel ,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,and nigella ( kalonji)
Procedure to make :-
Grind all ingredients together in a mixie adding a little water if required. Temper with panch poran and serve.
Alternatively this chutney can also made by grinding together all the ingredients mentioned above and half cup of coriander leaves.
Serve this with pakodas, parathas or use a spread on sandwiches.
