Chatpata Rajma-Chole Wraps

Rajma (kidney beans) like all other legumes is a good source of Protiens. Earlier in my posts i have posted recipe of Rajma-Chole Tikkis. Today i used the same recipe and made Tikkis and wrap in Maida ke rotis and topped with finely chopped onion and sweet-corn salad. This makes a wholesome and healthy meal.

Once the Rajma and chole are pressure cooked this dish can be prepared in 30 mins. This time shape the tikkis into Cigar shape and shallow fry it.

Ingredients Required:-

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 tspn of oil
  • 1 tspn of salt
  • water as required to knead the dough
Procedure to make:-
  • Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
  • Roll out into rotis and cook on a girdle
Keep aside.

Steps to Assemble:-
  • Smear any ketchup of your choice on roti and place 1 tikki on top.
  • Place salad of Sweet-corn and Onion.
  • Roll into wraps and serve.
