Gujarati kadhi

This is my all time favorite comfort food. In my earlier post I posted recipe of Punjabi Kadhi which you will find here. Unlike Punjabi Kadhi which is spicy and has pakodas in it, Gujarati kadhi is simple, light and is bit on sweeter side.

I have tried making Gujarati Kadhi many times but never seemed to get the taste i had eaten long back. Finally i got the ingredients and flavors right so am here sharing the recipe.
